Every object has some scope
jsp has created many implicit object such as request , response, out

now scopes are : request , session , page

now remember this
page scope is for current object like this keyword

implicit response and out object has page scope.
i am not confirmed
response and out has page scope
it seems to be partially true

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
