Hello Ranchers,

I have recently cleared SCJP 1.4 exam. I want to start preparing for SCWCD Certification. I not able to get a good resource for starting the certification. I mean I used K&B book for SCJP. That book was cool, as I cleared the exam in one go. Can I get 1 book for getting thru the certification.

Secondly, how much time does one take to clear the certification.

Thanks
Shashank

The equivalent book is "Head First Servlets and JSP: Passing the Sun Certified Web Component Developer Exam (SCWCD) (Paperback)" by Bryan Basham, Kathy Sierra, Bert Bates. On an average I know ppl take about 3 months of preparation...but it depends on how much experience you have in JSP/Servlets.
