hi folks

What does it exactly mean working in Front end and back end in j2ee.

does frontend mean only dealing with view parts such as javascript, html and jsp only. doesn't he/she needs to deal with logic part.
similarly what exactly does a backend worker in j2ee

Thanks

A frontend programmer will generally work in what's called the Presentation Tier, which includes the things you listed as well as a few other objects... it's pretty much the things that the SCWCD exam covers.

A backend programmer works in the Business and Integration tiers.

You can get a good idea of how the responsibilities are split looking at the respective patterns. (Frontend patterns are in green. Backend are red and purple.)
