Hi, I'm a medium-level Java programmer and I'd like learn how to use IBM Websphere. I don't have access to a IBM Websphere yet but what can I do to have a great head start? I might use it to practice doing servlets and jsp's on Websphere

Can someone give me a brief, brief overview (What I can do with it, and any tutorial links or books?

Thank you so much,
Carmen
