Hi Friends,

Its not a good practice?

Its ok for the experienced people for development, but for preparing SCWCD its better to write the code by yourself instead of using code assist from NetBeans.

Chaminda, I understand you are proud of your SCJP (as we all are), however, placing it in your display name violates our naming policy. You can set it in your signature and remove it from your display name here.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Back to business - I think using an IDE to start with isn't a bad idea, as it will save you a lot of time as you are at first learning. That said, there is a lot to be learned by using a plain text editor. Try to get at least some experience using a plain text editor for your code because dealing with the compiler's complaints will burn a lot of important examy things into your brain!

Chaminda, I'm not looking for a debate. You simply need to change your display name. If you're looking to get your password for your old account I can probably put you in touch with the right person. Let me know. Otherwise, your account will be locked.
