when we try to restrict a resource by this <auth-constraint> and if we have 2 of them like the following

<auth-constraint>
<role-name>Admin</role-name>
</auth-constraint>
<auth-constraint>
<role-name>*</role-name>
</auth-constraint>

everyone will get the access...

If we have the following one who will get the access everyone or no one?

<auth-constraint>
<role-name>*</role-name>
</auth-constraint>
<auth-constraint>
</auth-constraint>
