I was going mock exam at enthuware, where I came across this question
Identify the techniques that can be used to implement session if the client browser does not support cookies..

One of the answers was "Hidden Form Field". I want to know, how it can be done using "Hidden Form Fields"

Put the information needed across different pages into hidden form fields. A real pain. It was used in CGI.

For example, to keep track of a selected item:
<input type="hidden" name="selectedProduct" value="XXXX"/>
and you put this in all the pages you need it.

Using hidden fields for that will not be on the exam. In fact, it's usually a horrible idea in real life.

Simply learn about cookies and URL rewriting and you will be fine.
