Hello Ranchers,

I have some doubts in various sections which I've compiled and consolidated down to these points:

a) Is session scope attributes thread safe ?
b) EL expressions are evaluated at translation or request time ?
c) In which case can we use scriptlet code - Simple Tag or Classic Tag or
Tag Files?
d) Does SingleThreadModel concept comes in exam?

a) Is session scope attributes thread safe ?
Session attributes are not thread safe. If the operations are done in a single browser window, then session attributes are thread safe. If the user opens another window... For example when some operation is taking a long time, we tend to open a new window... So the answer for this is SESSION ATTRIBUTES ARE NOT THREAD SAFE.

b) EL expressions are evaluated at translation or request time ?
EL Expressions are evaluated at request time.

c) In which case can we use scriptlet code - Simple Tag or Classic Tag or
Tag Files?
Scriptlet code can only be used in Classic Tag...
Scriptlet can also be used in Tag file, Scriptlets cannot be used in the body part of tag file.

d) Does SingleThreadModel concept comes in exam?
May be, its just a concept that one should now.
