Hello ,

I did my SCWCD and I am not sure what to do next. My choices are SCBCD, IBM- XML and SCJWS.

Please suggest considering the following :

SCBCD - Was waiting for the version upgrade
IBM-XML - I feel it is better to do now
SCJWS - Very new to the technology itself.

Kindly suggest..

Please do not post the same question in multiple threads. I'm moving this question to the SCWCD forum and I'm closing this other ones.

Thanks for your comprehension.

With regards to the SCBCD exam...

If the SCWCD exam is anything to go by, don't expect the SCBCD to be much simpler with EJB 3.0. If anything it'll be more complicated. These exams don't scrap stuff from the syllabus just because it's been replaced by something better (e.g. Scriptlets, expressions, old-style custom tags). I'm sure you'll have to know how to do EJB 2.x.

I suggest you strongly Stop now with all Java certifications and wait for new versions.
EJB3 has some major changes so wait for new SCBCD.
SCDJWS also has some major changes, the only thing will remain with few changes is SCWCD(JSF will added and maybe Ajax )
If I have enough time and got rid out of my Diploma thesis I prefer IBM-142 XML
