hi guys,

i would like to know if there is such a IDE in java that lets you create html pages in drag and drop fashion like .net allows? is there such an IDE?

I am using weblogic portal workshop 8.1.5 IDE. It has the drag and drop facility
to create html pages.

But to use this IDE , minimum RAM capacity should be 1GB .

I am using net beans and I'd like to try weblogic portal workshop 8.1.5 IDE.
Is that downloadable?

yes its free downloadable. go to http://commerce.bea.com/products/weblogicplatform/weblogic_prod_fam.jsp

and select Weblogic portal 9.2.
