I am using weblogic portal workshop 8.1.5 IDE. It has the drag and drop facility
to create html pages.

But to use this IDE , minimum RAM capacity should be 1GB .

Hi,

and select Weblogic portal 9.2.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
