I have just noticed that some reply posts are getting put on the wrong threads, and some threads seem to be disappearing. I know it's early here (0420) and I should be sleeping but it's true. Anything abnormal (regarding the posts )?

here's one
The original thread we were answering was not Moya's it was Shishio's.
After sending in the reply post, we found that we were in Moya's box.
As you see 3 posters were affected by this glitch.
Maybe it's a one-off.

Well, we have had cases where a poster create thread 123, person 2 starts a reply to 123. In the meantime the original poster deletes the entire thread. Some THIRD person comes in and gets the next thread number - which is - 123. By the time that person 2 completes his reply to the original - it gets attached to the new thread.
However the times on your example thread are so far apart - I question if that is the scenario.
I can't think of another one at the moment.
