can't find the jsp: standard actions in the spec  RSS feed

hi ranchers,

can anyone tell me where in the java doc i can find the spec on the jsp standard actions? i cant seem to find it any where. i want to get to know what the the <jsp:invoke> tag does. but i cant seem to find it anywhere in the jsp spec. please help.
