Hi Guys,
Just want to announce that ive just passed the exam this morning. And im glad to share with my experience.
1. I have no actual nor work experience in
java programming and any other programming languages. Dont also have any experience in any of the
J2EE technologies.
2. All I have is knowledge... everything is "By the Book"
3. Studied everything about SCWCD for 3.5 months. In this 3.5 months, spent 2 hours per night, I've read the Headfirst twice.
4. Read other references. Although Headfirst is a good book, it is just "Almost Complete" or I can say, 9.80% complete! And 0.20% should not be ignored.
5. Mikalai Zaikin's SCWCD Study Guide is THE BEST!!! I can't summarize it anymore. This is the most complete and compact revision notes ive seen. Trying to summarize it further would make it incomplete.
6. Special thanks to Whizlabs and [name of illegal material removed - Marc Peabody]!!!
Anything else I would like to say... To those who want to get a very high score, you really need to practice. My score of 82 is just reading. I never tried the things I read. never ever. Just the same with
SCJP. I didn't code anything. So just an inspiration to some, if you have not much time to practice, reading can be enough. But... in certifications "Practice is the best policy!!!"
