request - request scope
response - page scope
out - page scope

application - application scope
page - page scope
exception - page
Page scope objects are stoed inside the pageContext object

please add your inputs if there are anything else we need to know on this.

the 9th implicit variable PageContext is missing in your list

And watch out for the datatype of the page implicit object - it's of type java.lang.Object, which you might not expect (I didn't).
