I have cleared SCJP 5.0 with Java Ranchers help and SCJP book by Bert Bates. Now moving forward for SCWCD. Could anybody help me which book is best for this. I heard of Head First Servlets and JSP.

Second query that is the version of SCWCD : 1.4

Bert please answer my queries.

Head First Servlets and JSP is enough to pass.
Latest versions(for which exam is available) are
SCWCD : J2EE 1.4
Servlet- 2.4
JSP- 2.0
Server Required Tomcat 5.0 or above
