iterate dynamic attribute in tag files

How can i iterate(access values) the dynamic-attribute properties of the tag files without using <c:forEach>?

Please give me an example.

Develop your own looping custom tag and use it... I don't find any other way....by the way, why did <c:forEach> run out of favour?
