Your Code works with my weblogic 7.0, which server your using and tell us the directory structure for further help.

Your code has no probs, and working well in Tomcat 5.5 too.

I did not modify your code. Just copied your code and pasted in Test.jsp. Saved out side WEB-INF and Inside application context (scwcd) root.

http://localhost:8080/scwcd/Test.jsp request when the Server (Tomcat 5.5), following is the output:
