Hi,
Yes, I made it today !
Thanks to all the people who wrote notes and made them available to everyone.

I think what helped me a lot too were the mock exams. They are a must have in my opinion because they help you understand the concepts and also check your knowledge of the concepts. And most of all they allow you to see things in a different way than the one you have when you are learning and memorizing the concepts.
Thanks very much to Enthuware, Whizlab etc ...

And what helped too is the considerable notes I took while studying, 115 pages (written in small format). They will be helpful in the future, when I forget things and need to memorize them again.
Let's not forget what a certification is about : it's about understanding concepts and prooving that you understood them. It is not about memorizing them forever. Recruiters should be aware of that if they are not. I know I will forget a lot of things of what I know today, but it does not matter, what matters is that I made a point with this certification: I understand the concepts.

Now I have a question regarding the score report on Sun certification database:
which URL is it ? I think it is http://www.sun.com/training/certification/certmanager/index.html
I entered my login / pwd and Registration Number and Test site, and test date but it says :
"We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again."

Is it too soon to login and check the results online ?

Also, will i receive the certification credentials automatically by air mail or do i need to do something before ? I do not remember what I did for the previous certification.

Thanks !

Great job man!! You bagged a good score too ....Congratulations.....Keep up the good work in future

Regarding the certificates and stuff, you'll get them in a month's time through air mail...so stop worryin' 'bout that.

Did you get any question related to somethin' thats there in the spec., but which you've, otherwise, not encountered earlier? And how was your overall feel of the exam?

Thanks everyone.
Sayak Banerjee : I started worrying a lot after the first 10 questions, some were very annoying, they covered some things that I did not memorize well, or even worse, memorized like 3 weeks ago but forgot a little bit about since then. Big mistake !

But when I reached like the 55th question, I was more confident. I was almost certain that I passed.

There was only one question that surprised me, something that I had not read before. The rest was all covered in the notes.
Make sure to know all about EL operators and JSP/EL implicit objects.
