What is the difference between <jsp oBody/> and <%@ tag body-content="tag-dependent"%>?

Whether both are same? Both can be use for the same purpose? pls clarify.?
For Example:
I am having the following tag:

In the above coding, If I want to process the body of the <my:tag>, I have to use <jsp oBody>?Is't the only way to process the body? Whether My undetanding is right?

How to use <jsp:invoke> in the tag files? Any sample coding on it?
