The order of elements in deployment descriptor is important. The elements must follow a specific order. true or false ??

specs says true but all mocks answeres says false..

also if there is more than one distributable element with different value what will happen

The answer is both true and false
The ordering used to be a light tighter (Servlets 2.2?) but was relaxed after that. The changes made were backwards compatible so most people didn't notice.

With version 2.4 of the specs, the ordering really dosn't matter. I got to know this from David Bridgewater's book!

There can be as many as you want.

The multiple occurance of the element distributable is redundant and the container treats that case exactly in the same way when there is only
one distributable.

"distributable" is an empty element. So no question of "different value".
