I'm giving whizlabs mock exams, and one of the solutions says that for a classic tag, the allowed values for "body-content" tag are JSP,tagdependent, empty (NOT scriptless); and that for simple tags, the allowed values are scriptless, tagdependent, empty (NOT JSP).

Is this correct? I thought that all the 4 values (JSP,scriptless, tagdependent, empty) are allowed for both kinds of tag handlers.

1. Tag Files :
Default : scriptless
Possible Values : scriptless, tagdependent, empty

2. Classic Tags and Simple Tags

The definition for Simple Tags and Classic Tags is the same, except that Simple Tags do not accept JSP

Possible Value: tagdependent, empty, scriptless, JSP (Classic Tags only)

Default Value: Because "JSP" is invalid for Simple Tag handlers, there is no default value.
You should put one explicitly, like "scriptless", if needed.

I've added a new entry in the FAQ as this question is often asked:
