Tomcat vs JBoss

I've started on my preparation for SCWCD.

Can someone mention some important differences between these two application servers.

I used only Tomcat in the past and I have read JBoss supports EJB.

You're right, JBoss supports EJB and Tomcat does not (not out of the box anyway)... But you're lucky, EJBs are not on the SCWCD exam, they are on the Sun Certified Business Component Developer exam. For the SCWCD exam you only need to know how you can configure EJBs in the deployment descriptor of your web application so you can 'use' them in your web app. So Tomcat (5.0.28) is the right choice, IMHO, to prepare for the SCWCD exam.
