What are the exact versions of Servlet, JSP and JSTL specifications that are covered in SCWCD 1.4 (CX-310-081)?

I have been going thru the Servlet 2.4 specs. Under SRV.13.2 Rules for processing the deployment descriptor it mentions that "The sub elements under web-app can be in an arbitrary order in this version of
the specification." but I have seen questions in the mock exam here in Javaranch which test the knowledge of specific order of elements.

This is confusing..

This might be a question for version 2.3 of the exam. There are a few mocks out there which were not updated for 2.4

Hi, In the prior versions the Servlet, the sub elements under <web-app> shuold apper in the strict order as was mentioned in the specs. From 2.4 version its no longer the case.
