Preparing for SCWCD

Hi guys,
Hope all fine , I'm preparing my self to take SCWCD but i need some guide :
1- what is the best book that i can study from ?(i'm a begginer in J2EE)
2- What are the best simulators or mocks ?
3- what is the time needed to be well prepared for the exam ?

Any other recommendations are welcomed ..

The best book has been answered several times. Head First Servlets and JSP is the best for SCWCD to get started afterwhich you can also try David Bridgewaters SCWCD.
