Hello fellow ranchers,

I purchased Whizlabs SCWCD1.4 (version 6.0) last month. Scoring of the exam questions is a bit different in the simulator. All questions do not carry equal marks.

Is this the way actual exam is scored by SUN? If so, which questions get high marks?

I took 2 exams on Whizlabs and here are my scores as reported by Whizlabs.

Custom exam (69 questions and I answered 51 of them correct)
------------------------------------------------------------------
Your score: 94
Passing score: 80
Maximum score: 129

Practice exam (69 questions and I answered 65 of them correct)
------------------------------------------------------------------
Your score: 102
Passing score: 72
Maximum score: 116

Thank you,

Hi Sri,

Good question !!! I also had the same question, Does all question carry equal marks..I had already posted it in SCJP forums before when I wrote the 1.5 exam.

But unfortunately, I did not get any answers for this question :-(

I hope some one will answer this question.

At the exam, a question is right or wrong, scoring respectively 1 or 0. There aren't questions worth more than others.
