With jsp_precompile=false in tomcat it's still compiling the .java class ?

Hi,

I think pre-compile means, the webserver will compile all the jsps while deploying, i mean it won't wait for the first request to compile the jsp.
This would just speed up when the page is requested first time.

HTH

thanks

yes you are right but this means when you say
1. jsp_precompile
2. jsp_precompile=true

what is the meaning of jsp_precompile=false
