I want to know which book is good for preparing for SCWCD 1.4 exam. I have passed SCWCD 1.3 (81%), but I need to know about JSTL and EL.

Head First Servlets and JSP is the most recommended book, but if you've already got 1.3, maybe you could just refer to some ranchers' notes and browse through the spec. See the Links page (Rancher Notes)
