Is it fair for me to answer this?
If you can learn that entire thing by heart then it should be plenty for the exam but
I recommend learning more than what will get you a good score.
If you have a book, don't skip the Design Patterns chapter just because "Peabody said his notes were good enough"! My hope in creating the notes is that they would excite people to learn more about Design Patterns rather than use my notes as Cliffs Notes to gain barely enough [impractical] knowledge to pass a
test.
