Hi
Ranchers,

Yesterday I took scwcd exam and cleared with 82%.
Thanks to HFSJ,Whizlabs Simulator.

I found wonderful material and mock exams here http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScwcdLinks
Guidance here http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScwcdWallOfFame
Solution to my queries here https://coderanch.com/forums/f-18/java-Web-Component-SCWCD

No need to go anywhere
So please use javaranch you will not feel alone.!!!

my preparation goes like this

It took 1 month
As usual my preparation never ends till the last moment come
I took few mock exams 4 days before final exam
HFSJ mock exam 1 day prior to final exam
for me +20% didn't work I scored 41% in HFSJ may be I was tired and couldn't concentrate
so my guess was I will get 20+41=61% then I thought I should study hard for final exam
I did not take much rest, but nobody should do like this

Sleep properly have your food...then go for exam in royal way
"Revision is the key"

GOOD LUCK!!!

Many congratulations, am also preparing for WCD rt now and plan to take it in a couple of weeks. I guess 1 month time ftrame is in general the norm for WCD prep using HFSJ+Whizlabs. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers!!!

Not unless you are very, very knowlegable before you start. HFSJ and Whizlabs are excellent resources but they cover a large subject that most people will require much more than a month to learn.
