hi all,

1)the errata abt <load-on-startup> says "If you have two or more servlets with the same value, the Container may
choose the order in which this subset is initialized."
does it mean that within the same subset the sequence is container dependent.

if the <load-on-startup> for servlet1, servlet2 , servlet3 is 1,2,2. what will be the sequence?

2) Is META-INF is mandatory inside war?

>> servlet1 is loaded first and the container decides which (servlet2/servlet3) to load next.

When you create a war file META-INF folder and manifest.mf file is created automatically.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
