hi
Page 498 of the tag file says the body-content can take either empty or tagdependent.
the spec page 216 states
Table JSP.8-2 Details of tag directive attributes
body-content (optional) Provides information on the content of the body of
this tag. Can be either empty, tagdependent, or scriptless. A
translation error will result if JSP or any other value is used.
Defaults to scriptless.

What am i missing? am i referring to the correct spec?
I assume simple tag can have empty/scriptless/tagdependent/JSP
and classic ones can have empty/scriptless/tagdependent
Please clarify about the body-content.

Thanks in advance

Please refer to this FAQ. (And also please tell which book you're talking about when you write a page number)
