Hi,

I have confussion on which certificate exam to pick after scjp. I am a J2EE profesionalist what i feel JSP,Servlets are the minimal requirements to be know by J2EE person these form the basic knowledge to be known by any J2ee person so with this if i make a descision that i can head for SCWCD will it be correct. correct me if i am wrong. because JSP and Servlets form the core of J2EE technology and every J2EE person needs JSP and Servlets.

Thanks

That is also my thinking. Just about every server side Java job will requier JSP/Servlets but some may not require EJB, so SCWCD exam has a potential advantage over the EJB exam.

Fear of commitment? I don't understand why it wouldn't be ok. You're going to be more knowledgable in J2EE if you go for it.

You never said that you were worried about anything. You simply said you think SCWCD would be good because Servlets & JSP are important topics in J2EE and correct you if you were wrong. Well, you weren't wrong and so no one corrected you. Now you don't seem to be happy with the fact that no one corrected you. Were you hoping we'd talk you out of it? Not gonna happen.
