Thanks!

Well, as for my preparation, I used David Bridgewater's book.

I read all the chapters, and after each section I made the Self Test for that section. Then I made all the questions again and while trying to answer them, if I wasn't sure about my answer, wrote down what I needed to memorize to be sure about the answer (an API, the location of some files, what status code the server should send in a given situation, etc). Then I tried to memorize all those things I found that way. I also memorized the structure of the deployment descriptor and the tag library descriptor xml (well, the parts that where discussed in the book).

One thing I would have liked to do more is to create more examples. I did that the last day before the exam with custom tags (classic and simple) which was very helpful. I would recommend anyone preparing for this exam to create a lot of small webapps that test out some feature that you have to know.
