Hello Agian!!

I'm writing in despair which may be common knowledge or not...BUT...SCWCD with EE5 has been cancelled (the prep book for SCWCD5)!!! This is horrible news as I have been waiting since last August for it. Are there any other alternatives besides looking online (scrambling information back and forth) in a concise manner which is easy to use and keep organized. I have checked the SCWCD faq...saw more stories about other exams then the one I currently called "SCWCDWallOfFame"

Appreciate your help!!

throw new ApressException("Bad book, returning null");

Why were you waiting for it, as there was no hints of a new SCWCD back then ?

Are there any other alternatives

What are you looking for ?

The last part of my book is dedicated to all the changes between J2EE 1.4 and Java EE 5 (including the name!), with the exception of JSF which has been integrated as a unit into the Java EE 5 specs - but you can find whole books and tutorials on that elsewhere...

Since you've been out scramblin', I reckon you've come across some good material, so feel free to add more content to that page.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I will check out and post anything I got that I think hasn't been covered.

Chris,

I have been on top of this book like a null pointer exception. There was a misprint on the Apress site (publishers actually verified this with me). Back in August 2007, the information was presently stating it would be available as early as August 22nd. As a result, I'm going to check out the suggestions in this forum and any I come across.

Again, thanks for the reply.
