It depends !!!
I would go to SCBCD, then to SCDJWS.

SCJP 5.0 | SCWCD 1.4

Hi,
I think better would be to go and tke SCBCD 1st then web servcies.
Reason being one should have understading of distributed systems before SAO.

I am also planning for SCBCD. I have taken SCJP and SCWCD.
