Hi Ranchers, could you please tell me,

1.More how many days SCWCD1.4 test is available? One of the posts in
this forum says SCWCD1.4 will not be available after April,2008. Is it
true?
2.I have referred SCWCD objectives. Objectives for SCWCD4 & SCWCD5 are
almost same. But i would like to know,to prepare SCWCD5, do we have to
follow J2EE1.5 specification? or J2EE1.4 specs. are enough?

Thanks & Regards

I am also preparing for SCWCD 5 and as per my understanding for SCWCD 5, we should refer to J2EE 5 spec - Servlet 2.5, JSP 2.1, JSTL 1.2

Even though the objectives for SCWCd 1.4 and SCWCD 5 are same, I read here, Scwcd5Links , for the new exam, the latest specs should be referred.

I must admit that there is a lot of confusion about this. Is there anybody here who can clarify/ascertain this?

Use the 1.4 specs. I had created the list of new specs in Scwcd5Links back when I assumed the new specs would be needed (they're not). I've removed the content from Scwcd5Links to prevent future confusion. Sorry about that.
