Doubt in deployment of WAR files

Hello friends,

Last week I completed SCJP 5.0(with 95%) and now was looking for job and my interviewer ask me to give Brainbench certification exam but I don't have much knowledge in J2EE. Please help me with the following question:

 1) As per J2ee 1.4, what is the process of deploying a WAR file with a web application?
 
a) Deploy the WAR file using an application server specific process.
b) Put the WAR file into \apps\web\wars\directory on the application server.
c) Deploy the WAR file using javax.jmx.WAR Deployer tool or manually by putting it in the home directory 
   of the application server.
d) Unzip the WAR file into application server specific directory.
e) Put the WAR file anywhere on the application server disk and specify its location via DeployedUnit java environment
   variable.
   

According to me the answer should be d but i am not sure. Can anyone tell me the correct answer for it?

According to me 'a' is the right answer, as each server (application/web) has its own way of deploying the application.
