When the Tag Files syntax is validated?
JSP syntax errors are caught during JSP Page translation(.jsp to .java conversion).
Similarly when Tag files syntax errors are identified?

I read some where that even Tag files will be converted to JSP .I think this translation happens when you make a first request to tag file i.e. by using it in JSP page.
