Marks: 1 Which of the following statements are true of the difference between classic and simple custom tags?
Choose at least one answer.
a. Simple tags cannot have scriptlet code (JSP) within the body
b. simple tags cannot access the enclosing tags
c. simple tags canot have attributes
d. a simple tag cannot be used for iteration
e. simple tags do not require a tld or entry in the deployment descriptor


Answer is given only a. But i think a and e both are true.Please correct me if i am wrong.

Only a is correct. You need a tld for simple custom tags. You don't need a tld if you work with tag files. (You need a special tld for Tag files if you pack them in a JAR)
