Hello;

If i specified <%@ page isElIgnored = "false"%> in jsp and for same app ispecified in <jsp-config> tag <el-ignored>true</el-ignored>

Then EL evaluated or not??

And If i do the reverse of above then what EL evaluated or not??

Regards;
Brijesh

<%@ page isElIgnored = "false"%>
Always dominate
<el-ignored>true</el-ignored>

so in this case EL will be evaluated

hi..
usually the Page directive takes precedence over other declarations and in this case that compilation unit/JSP will evaluate EL and if you change the parameter values .. then its vice versa.

hope you got it.
