Problem regarding jsp:useBean

Hi Guys,
I am doing the exercise regarding <jsp:useBean>,<jsp:setProperty>,<jsp:getProperty> from the David Bridgewater book(exercise 7-1).After submitting a html form whose action is jsp i am getting this error.what is this error? I am not able to figure out.Can anyone help me with this.I am using netbeans IDE.

what is this error?

Probably because the bean was not found using useBean. Please post your useBean tag.

Hi,

I think there is no bean object bound to the id that you are using in the <jsp:useBean> action. I suggest you to check the bean id that you have used in the jsp and the id by which you bound the bean instance in the servlet
