from hf, i discovered that both sessionDestroyed() of HttpSessionListener interface and valueUnbounded() of HttpSessionBoundingListener interface be notified when an attribute is timed out (page 279 question 15), but my question is, what of attributeRemoved() of the HttpSesssionAttributeListener, will it be notified too if a session timed out?

Hi Juwonlo,

First I like to make some corrections in your post as those could effect you in the test.

It is HttpSessionBindingListener not HttpSessionBoundingListener and the method must be valueUnbound , not valueUnbounded.

yes , attributeRemoved gets notified when session is timed out since all the attributes bound to a particular session would get notified when a session is timed out

hope this helpes

Regards.
