I am keen on taking the scja certification to improve my job prospects.
Are there any books, you gurus, would really recommend me to read, to provide me a good understanding of it?
What should i do to prepare for the exam?
Should i register for the course instead?

Please enlighten me as i am really super new to programming

I suggest you use the search tool for this forum. There are a lot of suggestions and reviews for the study tools that are available for this exam.

Hi Rie,

What should i do to prepare for the exam?
Check out the SCJA FAQ. I've just added some links/stuff in there which I think might be useful for the exam takers.

Good luck.
