What preparation material can I use to appear for Sun Certified Java Associate exam ? I have seen some material on sun.java.com, but was too expensive. Can I get preparation material on any web site ?

Thanks

You can buy Cameron MCkenzie's SCJA study guide. This book will help you a lot for SCJA. Link to www.scja.com

I've found that my students who have used my study guides experience great success on the SCJA exam. I'm sure you will as well.

If you're really struggling with the costs associated with the SCJA exam, message me through JavaRanch and I'll see if I can help you out.

Kindest regards!

Cameron's books have been out for some time and he has greatly improved them in the second edition with feedback from real people taking and passing the SCJA. I would recommend the second editions of his two books.

I agree that Sun's preparation materials are too expensive -- except for their SCJA ePractice exam which I used in addition to Cameron's practice exam. When I bought the Sun ePractice exam, it was only $35.
