collaboration o.k.?

I just downloaded the SCJD test and I didn't see anything regarding collaboration in the instructions. Some previous postings said that Sun encouraged collaboration on the exam - can someone point me to where this is mentioned? I would like to work with some other folks on this if allowed, but I'd like to see Sun's blessing of this first.
