I just passed SCJP. And I know nothing about the SCJD except heard it's very tuff. I just wonder if I can do it? I don't have much Java experience but I hold a MS in computer science.
Could you please give me some advices on it? I'll really appreciate it! Thank you!

hi,
I passed SCJP around 4 months ago. After that I still read RHE once in a while. ie the developer's section. I am not sure whether I should download the assignment. Guess we are in the same boat. Proud SCJPs but clueless SCJDs . Let me know if you find anything worthwile.

If you have a BS in CS you should be able to easily do the SCJD project. It is not extermely difficult, only time consuming.

guess I am in the same boat too proud SCJP and clueless SCJD . I downloaded the exam recently and stared working on it. It does not seem totally imposible but seems a little difficult. I think once I get done with the first screen I will be more confident. I thought that I would go back and do the BINGO application on the SUN site to feel more confident and then get back working on my assignment. Its going to take more time, but I am all set to do it
