I am not aware of any mock exam as such but we (www.enthuware.com) has started the JDevPlus program that guides you through the SCJD assignment as well as test.

You mainly need to be familiar with your design and be able to justify your decisions. Being familiar with the pros/cons of alternative solutions is important.
Just take a look at some of the general topics mentioned in Heller's book (i.e. RMI vs sockets, etc).
