Hi all
I am using RMI and my question is for multithreaded access to the server. The design has a RemoteData class which extends Unicast and is the remote object having a pointer to Data Class.
Now when multiple threads look up to the RMIServer how many objects are returned. Is it the same copy of RemoteData returned or one for one thread.
I used a static counter on the Data class and RemoteData class and found when I started the server the counter was one always
Please reply

In your post, it sounds like the Remote Access is what is registered. If that is so, all clients access the same class instance.
