Try calling them again and find out if they ever received the e-mail.

The ol Catch 22.
Do you have any old paperwork from you SCJP receipt, etc. the ID could be there. How about when you signed up for the Developer Exam, didn't they give you your ID there?
For us in the US, they use our Social Security number as our ID.
Or you could try another e-mail.
Can't hink of any other way. That's a bummer

Hi Mark,
Thanks for ur reply. Yes i do stay in USA and i've realised that my SSN is my login ID, but i didn't know my password. So i was prompted to enter information from the Examination Score Report like Candidate ID etc. Unfortunately, i don't have any information as i misplaced my score report. And when i called my Prometric testing center they said they can't help me in this regard and i'm supposed to contact SUN.
Hence i wrote an email again to
who2contact@central.sun.com.
But no reply, what to do Mark?
Any help is appreciated,
thanks,Sri

Well, your kind of stuck. It appears that Sun/Galton won't let you know your password, except through e-mail. I'd just keep e-mailing them.
Hope that helps
Mark
