whether db.db should be a part of server.jar ?

I have doubt whether db.db should be a part of server.jar and client.jar or not. Also while starting the server, we need to pass the path of db.db or not. Pls help

I moved db.db location and placed at root level [drive]:\>scjdAssignment. I found this way less headache.

I still have a doubt regarding the command for starting the server from command prompt. What was your command to start the server ?
another thing is dynamic downloading required in FBN assignment.
